What is it: This Fourplex we designed and built in 2020 during the Covid crazy times. It's a beautiful design consisting of 2 large town-house sized upper units and smaller cozy basement apartments. The top units are about 1,600 sq/ft, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, open concept floor plan with in-unit laundry, large kitchen, garage, spacious family size living room and tones of storage space.
The lower unit is a 900 sq/ft, 2 bedroom, 1 bath model. It's heated with a natural gas fireplace, electric baseboards and it also has an electric heat pump A/C combo.
